Visual Effects


Visual effects are computer generated imagery special effects that is added to a films or videos in post-production.

Visual effects make use of graphic design, animation, modelling, etc.

There are so many software’s are there to create these visuals some of them are: after effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, and NUKE

Nowadays visual effects expanded its role from films to other video types such as Promotional videos, video ads, and many more

Generally, visual effects are categorized into three types:

Matte Paintings

Matte painting is a VFX technique used to create hyper realistic art effects in photography and films

It is mainly used by filmmakers to create the set of illusion environment which is non-existent in actual life or would otherwise be impossible create such effect by building with sets.

Live Action Effects (Keying)

A special composting effects used to make composting(layering) of two images or two videos parts together based on colour, luminance or even a mask which makes images or videos transparent.

Digital Effects (Match-Moving)

Match moving also known as motion tracking used in post-production. It is a technique used to insert computer graphics into live action videos with accurate position, scale, orientation, and motion of the objects which are shot already.

Match moving become faster and affordable for small films production or for small business who needs Promotional videos for their branding.

Creation of splendid visual effects for live action videos always needs integrated techniques which are mentioned above. Because to create imagery environment which looks realistic is neither easy nor affordable.
